Really good service. Emailed to ask how the delivery works and they got back to me really quick. Placed my order the next day before 2pm and the worms were with me the day after. Royal Mail email you to let you know about delivery. I ordered 500g Tiger Worms and you can see from the picture the soil was accounted for. Packaging also said handle with care as live products inside. Worms arrived and no problems. They have gone in the compost bin to get to work. Will order again if I need more.
The worms arrived next day in tip top condition and lots of them.Very happy with them.The only suggestion I would make is that, although I myself are familiar with wormiculture I think the WormHub would do well to include a small leaflet on how to care for them as some other suppliers do. It did'nt matter to me but would be helpful to newbies to wormeriies.
Worms for my compost bin arrived in 48 hours in great condition. Now happily doing their job. I would definitely reccomend this service.
